02對電熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂產品進行磁選

在電熔(rong)凝(ning)氧化(hua)鎂塊經過(guo)(guo)破碎加工的過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),不可避免地會帶入部分機械金屬雜(za)(za)質(zhi),也可能(neng)在氧化(hua)鎂中(zhong)本身含(han)有鎂富氏體等(deng)磁(ci)體物質(zhi)。這些有害(hai)雜(za)(za)質(zhi),可通過(guo)(guo)磁(ci)選(xuan)加以除(chu)去,磁(ci)選(xuan)中(zhong)一般應采用兩(liang)段磁(ci)選(xuan)法。

03電熔(rong)凝氧化鎂砂的煅燒熱處理

電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)(yang)化鎂(mei)砂晶粒的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)狀況(kuang)決定(ding)著它的(de)(de)水化程(cheng)度。晶粒表面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)缺(que)陷、裂紋、損傷、擦(ca)痕等使晶體(ti)的(de)(de)比表面(mian)(mian)積(ji)增大,從而(er)提高了氧(yang)(yang)化鎂(mei)的(de)(de)吸濕(shi)性,降低絕緣電(dian)阻值。通過對鎂(mei)砂的(de)(de)熱處理,可以改善鎂(mei)砂的(de)(de)吸水性。

鎂砂(sha)通過(guo)(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)后,它的(de)(de)(de)防吸濕性可(ke)以(yi)(yi)得到(dao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)善(shan),因此,這(zhe)一措施可(ke)以(yi)(yi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)善(shan)電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂砂(sha)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)性能質(zhi)量(liang)。通過(guo)(guo)對(dui)電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂砂(sha)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li),不僅(jin)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)善(shan)鎂砂(sha)的(de)(de)(de)表面狀況(kuang),而且(qie)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)除(chu)(chu)去電(dian)熔過(guo)(guo)程中進(jin)入(ru)電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂中的(de)(de)(de)碳(tan)。據(ju)有關工廠的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)試(shi),電(dian)弧爐(lu)帶入(ru)熔體的(de)(de)(de)碳(tan)量(liang)比(bi)感應爐(lu)多2?7倍(bei),在(zai)氧(yang)化(hua)氣(qi)氛下進(jin)行熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)除(chu)(chu)去碳(tan),同時也(ye)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)變電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂中鐵(tie)的(de)(de)(de)價態,即(ji)使(shi)(shi)鐵(tie)由還原(yuan)態變成氧(yang)化(hua)態,可(ke)使(shi)(shi)晶形發生改(gai)(gai)(gai)變,因而可(ke)使(shi)(shi)原(yuan)電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)態絕緣電(dian)阻增大。據(ju)報道,在(zai)還原(yuan)性氣(qi)氛中進(jin)行熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li),可(ke)促進(jin)硅(gui)酸鹽(yan)蒸發,在(zai)真空中進(jin)行熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li),可(ke)除(chu)(chu)去氯化(hua)物、硫(liu)的(de)(de)(de)化(hua)合物、碳(tan)和某些硅(gui)酸鹽(yan),或者使(shi)(shi)它們向另一狀態改(gai)(gai)(gai)變。這(zhe)些都有利(li)于提高(gao)鎂砂(sha)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)。

04加入添加劑

在電熔凝氧化鎂生產過程中,為了提高氧化鎂的電學物理性質,往往在電熔氧化鎂中加入(ru)某些添(tian)(tian)加劑(ji)。據報道,可(ke)加入(ru)的添(tian)(tian)加劑(ji)有層狀硅酸鹽(yan)、硼和(he)鋁(lv)的氧化(hua)物(wu)、稀土金屬氧化(hua)物(wu)、氧化(hua)鋇等(deng)。加入(ru)添(tian)(tian)加劑(ji)的作(zuo)用是(shi)促使氧化(hua)鎂(mei)(mei)質(zhi)點致密化(hua),有的添(tian)(tian)加劑(ji)質(zhi)點可(ke)進入(ru)氧化(hua)鎂(mei)(mei)晶格(ge),降(jiang)低晶體空穴(xue)(xue)的濃度,阻礙空穴(xue)(xue)導電(dian),使氧化(hua)鎂(mei)(mei)砂的導電(dian)率降(jiang)低。

在(zai)電(dian)熔凝氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)中加(jia)入(ru)(ru)添加(jia)劑(ji)(ji)的方(fang)(fang)法(fa)有兩種(zhong)(zhong),一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)熔融加(jia)入(ru)(ru)法(fa),把添加(jia)劑(ji)(ji)按一(yi)定的比例加(jia)入(ru)(ru)原料氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)中進行電(dian)熔,在(zai)熔體中引入(ru)(ru)了添加(jia)劑(ji)(ji);另一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)是(shi)在(zai)電(dian)熔鎂(mei)砂中直接機械混入(ru)(ru)添加(jia)劑(ji)(ji)微粒(li),通過拌(ban)和混勻獲得產品,或者(zhe)用有機硅化(hua)物處理電(dian)熔氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)砂制(zhi)得憎水性(xing)電(dian)熔氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)砂。
